Wednesday, 5/13/15 – Boys & Girls Test: We are looking for Boys & Girls ages 8-10 to participate in an upcoming test.
Please answer the following question in order to be considered for this test:
1. Please list which (if any) of the following activities your child enjoys doing after school and give specific examples of what he/she does for each activity.

Thursday, 5/14/15 – Vehicles (MOMS ONLY): We are looking for Moms of boys ages 3-7 whose son’s enjoy vehicles.
Please answer the following question in order to be considered for this test:
1. Please list your son’s favorite vehicle toys.
Schedule (75 min):
9:00am-10:15am Moms of Boys Age 3-4
10:30am-11:45am Moms of Boys Age 5
12:00pm-1:15pm Moms of Boys Age 6-7
