Maycember is REAL. Between end-of-school activities, performances, graduations, spirit days, teacher gifts, and trying to keep up with everyday life… this season can feel like pure chaos for moms.
So The Mindfulness Expo can actually feel like a little reset. A chance to slow down, walk around, discover wellness and self-care ideas, and maybe even find a few things that support your own mental health too.
From workshops to wellness vendors, there was such a wide variety of things to explore depending on what you’re into. I personally loved all the candles and essential oils — definitely had to stop myself from buying everything.
If you’re into meditation and mindfulness, one vendor even offered a self-retreat kit, which I thought was such a unique idea. There were also tea vendors, crystal shops, and so many calming wellness products throughout the event. It really felt like a space centered around slowing down, recharging, and finding little ways to take better care of yourself.
